The majority of Mr. Weber’s practice is focused on the representation of insurance companies, insurance company insureds and self-insureds in the defense of complex litigation throughout Northern Illinois. In addition to personal injury cases, Mr. Weber handles cases involving products liability, Dram Shop, premises liability and wrongful death.

Glen R. Weber is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District (Federal Court). Mr. Weber was elected State’s Attorney of Jo Daviess County in 2000 where he served as the top prosecutor until 2004. During that timeframe, Glen tried 20 jury trials, obtaining guilty verdicts in every trial. While State’s Attorney, no taxpayer dollars were expended for judgments for acts that occurred while he was in office. As State’s Attorney, Glen created, founded and was president of Tyler’s Justice Center for Children, a child advocacy center for the investigation of abused children. The Center was the first advocacy center service Jo Daviess, Carroll and Stephenson counties.
In 2001, Mr. Weber was named State’s Attorney of the Year by the Illinois State Crime Commission. He has tried 131 jury trials, including 44 first-degree murder jury trials. Glen was an assistant state’s attorney in Winnebago County and first assistant state’s attorney in Boone County.
Mr. Weber is a respected member of the Capital Litigation Trial bar and is qualified as First Chair. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
